- Letter and attachments dated January 2, 2007 from Deborah S. Reames, NRCD EarthJustice counsel, to the Commission Executive Director offering additional information related to their appeal of the Old Sugar Mill project.
- Letter and attachments dated January 10, 2007 from James P. Pachl, counsel for Concerned Citizens of Clarksburg, to the Commission offering additional information related to their appeal of the Old Sugar Mill project.
- Letter and attachments dated January 10, 2007 from Philip J. Pogledich, Deputy County Counsel for Yolo County, to the Commission offering additional information in response to the appeal of the Old Sugar Mill project.

- Letter dated December 14, 2006 from Pamela Nieberg and Holly Bishop, Co-Chairs of Solano Club Yolano Group, to the Commission expressing concerns with setting a precedent for further development in the Delta Primary Zone, with the condition of the levees and potential flooding, and with the proposed wastewater treatment plant.
- Letter dated December 20, 2006 from Joe F. Martinez, President of Yolo County Farm Bureau, to the Commission clarifying its position on the project. The letter expresses support for the winery, restaurants, and tasting rooms that will support agri-tourism. The letter also notes the Clarksburg General Plan Advisory Committee’s suggested reduction to 123 residential units (from the proposed 162), and recommends that the residential component of the project be phased and implemented over time. Finally, the letter states adequate buffers should be maintained between residential and ag or industrial uses, and new residents should be notified of the County’s Right-to-Farm Ordinance.
- Letter dated January 3, 2007 from Eldridge and Judith Moores, Davis residents, to the Commission Executive Director and the Commission expressing concerns with setting a precedent for further development in the Delta Primary Zone, with potential flooding, and with the wastewater treatment plant.
- E-mail received January 3, 2007 from Diane Cary, Winters resident, to the Commission urging it to overturn Yolo County’s approval of the project, citing concerns with flooding and with setting a precedent for further development in the Delta Primary Zone.

- E-mail #1: The wastewater treatment and dispersal system will have no open ponds, and will be continuously monitored in accordance with Regional Water Quality Control Board guidelines, which will provide a safer water supply than that currently in place in Clarksburg.
- E-mail #2: The Old Sugar Mill project Environmental Impact Report found no significant traffic impacts from the proposed project.
- E-mail #3: The Old Sugar Mill project includes a development agreement with Yolo County requiring project proponents to conduct levee integrity studies and associated repairs/upgrades, as well as include a setback area along the landside of the levee, ultimately making Clarksburg safer from potential flooding than it is currently.
- E-mail #4: The housing component of the project is only 20% of the project footprint, the project is a good example of infill development and smart growth, and the project is needed to keep Clarksburg and Delta businesses economically viable.
