  12. Receive Presentation from Delta Counties Emergency Preparedness and Response Team on Accomplishments to Date, Resulting from the Summit for Elected Officials Facilitated by the Commission in June 2006 (15 minutes). R. Baldwin, etal.
  13. APPROVE Letter from the Chair to the Sacramento County Director of Finance Requesting Transfer of Funds ($56,000) to the Commission from the Delta Advisory Planning Council Fund (5 minutes). L. Fiack
  14. Review and Discuss Draft Delta Checklist Prepared by Commission Staff in Consultation with Planning Staff of the Five Delta Counties (Contra Costa, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, and Yolo) (15 minutes). L. Fiack
    1. DIRECT Staff to Finalize Draft Checklist, Taking into Consideration Commission Member Input.
    2. DIRECT Staff to Work with Delta County Planning Directors to Initiate Use of Checklist as a Planning Tool in the Review of Applications for Projects in the Delta.
  15. Receive Information on Delta Vision from Delta Vision Stakeholder Committee Members. Commissioners Cabaldon, Ferguson, McGowan and van Loben Sels
