The Delta Protection Commission hereby provides public notice that the Commission will meet in CLOSED SESSION under Government Code Section 11126(a)(1) at the above location to conduct interviews for the position of Executive Director to the Commission.

- Briefing on Delta Drinking Water Quality Study CALFED funded regional drinking water quality studies. The Commission will be briefed on the report prepared by Contra Costa Water District, City of Stockton and Solano County Water Agency (For Commission Information; Possible Commission Action - Comments on the Draft Report)
- Briefing on Department of Parks and Recreation Acquisition of Locke Boarding House Department of Parks and Recreation recently acquired the Locke Boarding House for renovation and future use as a museum. (For Commission Information; Possible Commission Action - Comments on the Proposed Improvements)
- Public Hearing: Delta Recreation Strategy, Phase I, Aquatic Dangermond Group has prepared a draft report on water-based recreation activities and facilities that includes current uses, describes predicted needs for facilities to support predicted increases in recreation activities, and describes where future facilities may be needed and what resources are and will be available to help fund improvements. The Recreation Citizens Advisory Committee has reviewed various drafts of the report. Note: this study is funded by a grant from Department of Boating and Waterways.(For Public Hearing)
- Public Hearing: Updated Background Report #8: Marine Patrol, Boater Education and Safety Programs Staff has prepared an updated background report, and has prepared draft amended findings, policies and recommendations for review by the public and the Commission. (For Public Hearing)
- Review of Revised Memorandum "Report of Changes and Growth Pressures within the Primary Zone of the Delta" The Commission will review and possibly accept a staff report on land uses changes in the Primary Zone, 1993-2004 (For Possible Commission Action)
- Update on Proposed Legislation Impacting the Delta Protection Commission. The Commission will review and possibly adopt a position on legislation impacting the Delta Protection Commission (For Possible Commission Action)
- Consideration of Work Plan and Budget for FY 05-06. The Commission will review and possibly adopt a work plan and budget for FY 05-06, commencing July 1, 2005. (For Possible Commission Action)
