    1. Staff will present a DRAFT report on changes to land use in the Primary Zone.
  12. Report from Delta Land Use Impacts Committee Regarding Review of Projects in the Primary and Secondary Zones
  13. (For Commission Action) The Committee will recommend a process for review of projects and activities.
  14. Adopt Annual Report for 2004 (For Commission Action)
    1. A panel of individuals familiar with the adopted Plan and current Delta issues will present their thoughts regarding updating the Background Reports and the Plan.
  15. Staff Report on Acquisition of Land in Fee Title and Acquisition of Easements in the Primary Zone (For Commission Information)
  16. Support for State Parks in the Delta (For Possible Commission Action)
    1. The DPC will discuss preparation and submittal of comments regarding opportunities for State Parks in the Delta as part of the Great Central Valley planning process.
  17. Focus on Background Reports: Delta Environment, Recreation and Access, and Marine Patrol, Boater Education, and Safety Programs (For Commission Discussion)
    1. The DPC will have the opportunity to provide comments to staff as part of the update process.
