    1. The Commission will discuss the current status of the Quarry. Commission may consider adopting position of concern about possible loss of rock/riprap for Delta levee maintenance.
  13. Briefing on Freeport Regional Water Project (For Commission Information Only)
    1. East Bay Municipal Utility District, Sacramento County, and others are participating on the newly created Freeport Regional Water Authority overseeing a project to build and operate a new intake with capacity of up to 185 million gallons per day. The intake would be located on the Sacramento River south of the City of Sacramento. The location has not yet been determined; sites in Yolo County and Sacramento County are being evaluated.
