    1. The Commission will consider, and possibly agree to fund preparation of a Scoping Document for later preparation of a Delta Mater Recreation Plan to the MOU.
  10. Consideration and Possible Agreement to Become a Co-Sponsor of the Hog Island Delta Center, San Joaquin County (For Commission Action)
    1. The Commission will consider becoming a co-sponsor of a habitat enhancement, recreation, and education project sponsored by a non-profit group on a channel island in the Stockton Deep Water Ship Channel in San Joaquin County.
  11. Election of Officers (For Commission Action)
    1. The Commission will elect a Chair and a Vice-Chair for two-year terms.
