  8. Update on CALFED Actions and Projects in the Delta Protection Commission (For Commission Information Only)
    1. Dennis Majors, CALFED, will update the Commission on the status of projects and programs in the Delta. CALFED staff will present such a briefing at each Commission meeting.
  9. Consideration and Possible Agreement to Sign the CALFED Permit Clearinghouse Memorandum of Understanding. (For Commission Action)
    1. The Commission will consider, and possibly agree to become a signatory to the MOU. Preparation of the MOU is an action required in the CALFED Record of Decision. The Commission has been invited to become a signatory. No other actions are required of the Commission.
  10. Briefing on San Joaquin County Agriculture (For Commission Information)
    1. Ben Hulse, Planning Director, will brief the Commission on actions taken by the Board of Supervisors to protect the integrity of agriculture in San Joaquin County. Actions are being taken as part of a General Plan implementation process.
  11. Update on Land and Easement Acquisitions in the Primary Zone in 2000 (For Commission Information Only)
    1. Staff will brief the Commission on acquisitions of public and non-profit agencies of fee titles and easements.
  12. Adoption of Annual Report for 2000 (For Commission Action)
    1. The Commission will consider and possibly adopt an annual report for 2000 for submittal to the Governor and the Legislature.
