    3. CALFED staff will brief the Commission on the currently underway studies of the Delta Cross Channel, as part of the Phase I evaluation of the CALFED preferred Through Delta Alternative.

    1. The Commission will consider and possibly adopt the draft Strategic Plan.

  11. Update on Readoption of the Policies in the "Land Use and Resource Management Plan for the Primary Zone of the Delta" and Adoption of the Policies as Regulations. (For Commission discussion and direction to staff)
