    1. The Commission will be briefed on the recently signed Record of Decision. Then, the Commission will consider becoming a signatory to the Interim Governance Memorandum of Understanding

  9. Public Hearing on Adoption of Policies in the "Land Use and Resource Management Plans for the Primary Zone of the Delta" as Regulations. (Public Hearing Only)
    1. The commission will hold the third of three public hearings on the adoption of policies in the Commission's Plan as regulations.
